About Us

For more than 50 years, Boy Scout Troop 224 has offered a unique Scouting experience for Oak Ridge boys. In recent years, Venture Crew 224 has added to that experience to meet the interests and needs of older boys and young men. We meet on Monday nights at Grace Lutheran Church from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The church is located at 131 W. Gettysburg Avenue in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Our non-denominational program maintains traditional Scouting principles while placing a special emphasis on high adventure. As the boys learn skills and values in this context, they become self-reliant, resourceful and inquisitive.
